Adult Dance Classes

ReFLEX offers a variety of adult dance classes to get your body in motion such as Salsa, West Coast Swing, tap, ballet/stretch and jazz/theater dance (the schedule changes seasonally).

Everyone can participate no mater what the skill level, and partners are not required. All you need is the desire to learn something new and a positive attitude. Take the first step and we'll teach you the rest.  Find yourself on the dance floor!
