Each morning begins with a private yoga class, including asanapractice with your favorite teachers followed by a guided meditationwith Mandy Main. Everyone then has the opportunity to enjoy the shipsmany entertainments and luxury services. We join again in the earlyevening for a second session of yoga with philosophy discussions tohelp participants “live their yoga” beyond the mat. Restorativepractice and good conversation help you explore the more poignant andmeaningful elements of a mindful yoga lifestyle. At the ports, you mayelect to go on a shore excursion adventure, or enjoy a yoga class onthe beach, followed by lunch and souvenir shopping.

After a glorious 8:30 dinner on nights on-board, participants areinvited to join us at one of the ships nightclubs for dancing (Allisonwill give everyone a preview lesson of popular dances like merengue andsalsa before we set sail) and we can let our hair down and enjoy atouch of fun for fun’s sake – a reminder that dance is a celebration oflife.

This retreat is a perfect chance to relax, pamper yourself, dive abit deeper into yoga, and have fun with the teachers you’ve grown toknow and love.

Note: Want to make it a truly indulgent, relaxing vacation?Rather than pay the exorbitant price for a ship massage, you canschedule an hour long massage for a steeply discounted rate with ourbeloved Mandy Main in the privacy of the ReFlex staff suite. Eachmassage will be only 40.00. Appointments are limited, so pleaseschedule your extra services in advance by calling the office.
